Minako Matsui – a silent, enigmatic and, as some might say, forlorn geisha. In many people’s eyes, Minako is the divinely exquisite dancer with long silky smooth hair and a picture perfect make-over. Many do not know Minako’s abysmal feelings and thoughts, and frankly, nobody cares enough to look beyond those stunning searching eyes but a few. They see something rare, something new and something eccentric in Minako’s air and manner. And so, they think it better to keep their distance and watch from a far.
Minako has a dark and deeply scarred past burned deep in her memory. Something that stole her innocence, youth and life itself. She often sits by herself and wonders what life could have had been if it weren’t for her damned past. If only she could have a clean slate to start a new… But Minako knew better. She knew that such was wishful thinking of a little child and so she grew up believing that the universe owed her something. That every measly creature that walked the surface of the Earth owed her the life that she could have had had. So she sits and waits, behind her vey own shadows. She waits, waits and waits some more for the right moment to strike and claim back what she thinks is rightfully hers…
